This division is unaffected by the crew's chosen booty share. Whenever booty is brought aboard a ship, 50% of the PoE is automatically divided amongst the crew. There are some wonderful restaurants right on the Island but we tend to go over the senic bridge to the Mainland and dine at Lynn's just to the East - doesn't look like much, but fantastic fresh seafood reasonably priced. They answered the phone and within hours, we were taken care of! We really appreciated the responsiveness - they did not dodge the customers. We had a slight issue with one of the AC units needing a shot of freon to keep up. Not many beachfront homes have a private pool and we just don't use a community pool at the beach, but we use this one! The management team is the best and highly responsive.

After a full day in the sand, it is so refreshing to get in the private pool and sip on that margerita or frosty beverage. You are right next to "The Cut" at the end of the Island where the surf fishing is best so bring your gear or get some reasonably priced when you get there. The home sits at the end of the Island inside the security gate of The Plantation and is nestled high on dunes so your view is not blocked. The boardwalk which leads from your beachfront pool is private - that means you don't share it with anyone for your walks to / from the beach. We have found the jewel!
